Star studded comedy movie, Head Gone, directed by popular dancehall act, Baba Dee, made its first public viewing few days back in Berlin when it premiered at the Hackeshe Hofe Kino Cinema.
Starring A-List musicians and actors such as Ali Baba, Tuface Idibia, Afeez Oyetoro, Sound Sultan, Basketmouth, I.K Osakioduwa, Basorge Tariah, Eniola Badmus, Peter Fatomilola and Wole Ojo among a host of others, Head Gone is a comical satire that sheds light on existential questions of the human condition the producers say.
A production of Naija Ninja Films, spearheaded by Sound Sultan and Baba Dee in collaboration with Apple House Media, the first private screening of the movie in Nigeria is scheduled for Thursday, October 9, in Lagos, and will open in cinemas in December. Head Gone is the story of a bus driver conveying mentally challenged patients to an Abuja hospital. However, he loses five of the patients after a quick stop over for refreshment. In order to cover-up for their grave mistake, the driver and his crew pick up unsuspecting commuters and deliver them to the specialist mental hospital. The story was written by Solomon Iguanre.
