Patrice Evra is looking forward to beginning a new adventure with Juventus after touching down in Turin ahead of his official unveiling.
The Frenchman will take part in his first press conference on Thursday afternoon after penning a two-year contract with the Serie A champions.
Evra, who opted to leave Old Trafford in a £2million deal earlier this month, was shown around the club’s medical facilities as he settles into life at his new club.
The former Monaco defender had been linked with a move back to the French club, but he is now focused on winning trophies with Massimiliano Allegri’s side.
Speaking to the club’s official TV channel, Evra said:
‘The sensation here at Juve is incredible.
‘I start a new adventure. I come from a club like Manchester, where I won everything and now I’m here with the Bianconeri where I have done nothing yet.
‘I am someone who likes to win, I chose a team like Juve to win and I will do my best to give all that I can for the club, for the fans, for the coach and for my team-mates.’
